We were incorporated in the State of Florida in 1991 under the name Standard Premium Finance Management Corporation by our founder, Leonard “Lenny” Boatwright, and the industry expertise of our CEO, William “Bill” Koppelmann. Lenny and Bill built Standard into the recognized industry leader it is today. In 2016, we established a holding company structure under the name Standard Premium Finance Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation, with Standard Premium Finance Management Corporation as our wholly-owned subsidiary.
